Great seeing you, brother!

We were straight on the side stage rail, Mike side. Watched the same stuff play out.
We were yelling at the tech to put the basses back.

this a double encore where they actually left stage and came back or just a 2 song encore?

Legit. I was 2nd row off the rail behind fishman for this, and the guitar tech came and took Mike's bass and was walking off stage and stopped at the top of the stairs cause the roar was so loud. He didn't know what to do....like, wait...they might actually have to come back for this insane a roar....and he just stood there looking across the back of the stage to where the guys might walk back out...and then they did, and he quickly turned and took the bass back. And there is this huge motherboard behind the stage, that I have no idea what it's for, but it looks like a NASA space station console set up...anyhow, the guy sitting there pointed to his watch and was motioning to someone by the stairs and kind of threw his hands in the air during the roar too, like well, if they're gonna come out, they better hurry up kinda thing...It was pretty funny to witness all that from behind there.

Very cool.  As I'm sure you can imagine, hardly any of that was discernible from the stream.  I almost killed it and went to bed, but luckily I caught the tech putting Mike's bass back onstage just in time.

it was really great seeing everybody! gah especially is an inspiration for me

For sure man. Super glad we got to hang for a bit during setbreak. Take it easy bud. It's simple, but not easy for sure. Trust the process, and hit me up whenever you want! You got my right number now, and I've been coming to RVA a little more as of lately. Maybe we can hit a meeting while I'm out there one of these weekends.

Iím getting very excited for my first show since tour opener 2016.   The boys seems so much tighter now vs then.  Iím also stoked to do a sober show and enjoy everyone without the intoxicants.  Thanks for sharing pics and Iíll get some for next weekend I hope.

Totally a different experience. And you're right, def tighter than that time.

Two one song encores.  Can't remember the last time they did that.  They used to do it pretty frequently in olden times, not so much anymore for sure.

Hampton run looks amazing. Jelly of everyone in attendance!

double encore!! YEM!!

Last double encore 12/29/03

Nice.  That was a great show. Forgot about that.
