patch notes:
On Dave's recording, the beginning of "Push on til the Day", was heavily distorted
(due to an accidental flip of the switch on the Sonosax), and a portion was missing
when the first CF card filled up.

These portions were patched with the following source:
Schoeps mk4 > kc5 > cmc6 > Sonosax SX-M2 > Apogee Mini-me (24 Bit / 96 khz) > Edirol R-4
