Just listened to this Stash. Had nice potential and then it was Trey'd

jasonsobel

all times from livephish tracks.  I manually subtracted the encore break time out by listening for when the last song of set 2 actually ended.

sing me back home before I die

In one of the most symbolic moments in recent years, Trey came out for the second set of Sunday night's show at Merriweather wearing a t-shirt!
Clearly it's all awful.

WhatstheUse?

Bring in the dude!

I really enjoyed this stash, and I am not a big fan of stash esp in 3.0. The jam goes somewhere diff than most stashes and also has some blissful like heavenly jam in there.
One of my fav first sets of the tour and actually 3.0 for that matter. Come out hot straight out the gate! love it. Since most of the openers this tour have been really lame. :tte:

Out of the shows I saw (PNC, JB, and both MPP's) this was my favorite one. I was also probably the least high for this, but still high....  8-)

I especially liked the first set. Haven't listened back to Stash but I remember it being very interesting.

Electric marimba and that whole Mule ftmfw. It's stuff like that, that makes me realize exactly why i buy tickets to Phish shows.
Just two whiskies, officer.

I'm not sure if I followed this thread correctly, but what guys are saying is that Dave Thomas sold crack in inner-city DC in the mid-80's, right?

the Light > Boogie On is easily one of the tour highlights with the SPAC SOAM in terms of interesting, stand-out versions that are completely unique.  Love it when they get weird like that.

When you're on droogz you don't remember which eye's supposed to be lazy

Undermind

Just gave this 2nd set another listen and I really like the flow.  There aren't any monster jamz or anything but there are some good ones.  I am probably deaf or something but the whale didn't bother me and the playing was on imo.

Light has sort of been THE jam vehicle of 3.0, yes?  So I'm not shocked....

Anyway, re-listening to this today and oh man this Stash.....def. one of the better things I've seen in 3.0.  Where was any of that on Saturday night while we were getting drenched?
