the one illustrated in the vid is called Shepard's Paradox.....

I hate to say this, but the idea has been around, and it's something I'm looking into......

The way I'm going about it...is colloidal silver, and microcurrent EMF fields.....Dr. Robert Beck......parts cost roughly $40......

The really sad thing about this.....if he *does* sell his idea to a company, a) we won't see the technology until the rape every last penny they can from us with oil/gas, b) it will be outrageously expensive, c) watch how much the price for water and salt goes up when the technology hits mainstream......
