i have no clue.  i sat down at my desk snd reached for my drink and it hurt really bad.  Last year i fractured my humerus below my rotator cuff and this feels exactly the same.  typing with one hand is lame too :x

   Im still recovering from my shoulder surgery 2 months ago.
Shoulder injuries suck. Good luck on the recovery.

I always use the shoe technique.  But a sling sounds like a great plan!  Sorry to hear about your arm dude.  Hope it heals up quick for ya.
