Vantage Point - cool movie
"toss away stuff you don't need in the end
but keep what's important, and know who's your friend"
"It's a 106 miles to Chicago. We got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses."

Blades of Glory

Good Night and Good Luck - good but over-rated

I watched some of that in a drunken stupor one night trying to catch a glimpse of Phish.  Heard them mentioned a few times, but no footage did I see.  Was there any at all?

I saw a couple movies this weekend:
Gonzo: The Life and Work of Dr. Hunter S. Thompson - It was actually quite interesting

My friend and I also went to see The Whackness. It was pretty good, Ben Kingsly was really good, took place in the 90s and a kid who deals weed and becomes friend with Ben Kingsly's character. It wasn't fantastic, but it was good.

Before the Devil Knows You're Dead- wack
My Own Private Idaho- good...

No Phish footage.
they take about them (and play a bit of a YEM) and Mike Gordon is interviewed on camera but there is no video of Phish onstage.

Tons of other great footage and interviews, though.

He's awesome in that role.

We just watched Harold and Kumar 2.....just OK really.  I like the first one a lot better.
Escape to canada- an OK doc about legal weed and gay marriage in Canada....worth a free rental from the library I guess....

Has PSH ever been anything other than great?  I'll pretty much watch anything with him in it.

But, I don't think our fans do happily lap it up, I think they go online and talk about how it was a bad show.

Caravan2001

or as Serena Williams called him at the Oscars, Philip Semen Hoffmore  :-D

Lots, I'm sure.  Just off the top of my head...

The Talented Mr. Ripley
TWISTER
Punch-Drunk Love

to name a few.

Indeed.
I recommend "Love Liza" & "Owning Mahowney" for a couple of his lesser known but totally amazing performances.
