This DWD jam gets to a strange and dark place for a hot minute. Pretty unique music.
Bring in the dude!

Just got around to listening to this DWD. Whoa! Very nice. Definitely a "rhythm playing Trey" jam, but when he relinquishes the chords for the peak his soloing is nimble and on point, which often can't be said when he swaps between the two. Oh, and the newly renovated Forum looks AMAZING! See link below for the renos. Sweet fucking venue:

nice, as a Lakers fan growing up and a big fan of Jimi's 2 Forum shows I too am a fan of the Forum.  glad to see it hasn't been destroyed for the new "add corporate entity here" arena.

I was thinking the same thing.

"I used to be 'with it', but then they changed what 'it' was and now what I'm with isn't 'it' and what's 'it' seems weird and scary to me"

You haven't lived until you've had a robot shart in your ear and followed along in the live setlist thread while it happens.

Pretty sure I mentioned it in my first review of the show but yeah those house lights were trippy. I ate the most acid of the week at this show too and that was a nice addition.
The whole crowd just explodes with cheers when they hit those on.
They did it during the Hood peak as well.
That venue is amazing and they let you party all day and night in the parking lot. Makes me want to go back for the Shoreline/Forum shows this summer.
