Funny.... Joe Barry out, Current assistant Greg Manusky promoted to DC. Everything I'm hearing is positive. Mccloughan, Gruden, and The players love him and he's a lot more aggressive than Barry.  Nationally, this will be viewed as bland and boring, but I think we should be excited about this promotion. Assuming they actually focus on drafting some defensive talent and maybe upgrade a position or two in free agency, this defense should improve over the last few seasons.

Also, Keep in mind that we have more cap space than the three other NFC East teams combined.

I sincerely hope that they do not trade Cousins, that just seems like a step backwards. I hope they keep Garçon too. I would rather them keep him than Jackson.
