so i got some new cans for xmas and my only complaint so far is a slight lack of bass.   im looking for free EQ software or something cheap.  i dont need the bells and whistles which is what i tend to keep finding in my searches

i d/l wavepad but cant seem to just adjust the damn EQ without a major hastle or stop in play...

any help would be great!

Do you want to edit the file or just apply an EQ to whatever audio on the "output" bus.  Within iTunes there's an EQ.  11 band with presets that you can apply to individual songs.
