Printing Live Phish Booklet

Any hints on how to print out these booklets from Live Phish?  I'm using Adobe Reader 7.0.  When printing, they are coming out misaligned, and they aren't lining up on the perforations.  I am not shrinking to fit.  Does it depend on the printer software?
