MAC editing software info

I have an M1 I run through my home CD burner that I use to create master cds that are not tracked out. Is there a software program for a Mac ( preferably free) that I can use to track these out easily? I simply don't like burning a cd from the home unit because I always have to hang around and hit track up. If there isn't one for the Mac, let me know of a Windows version. Thanks for all the music and any info to shed light!
