Rd. 1: The Big Lebowski vs. Young Frankenstein

I love both movies, and I grew up watching both.

Today, Lebowski is still hilarious to me. Young Frankenstein..... not so much  :|

It has its moments, but I thought it was much funnier when I was younger. There are some jokes and humor I didn't catch as a youngster, that I catch now. It still doesn't change the fact that it's just not a very funny movie to me now days. The clip posted above is just not funny imo. Blazing Saddles stands the test of time with me. Young Frankenstein, on the other hand, does not  :|

With that being said, I still enjoy it.

Young Frankenstein is my favorite Mel Brooks movie, hands down.
not to dis Lebowski, but almost every line in YF cracks me up.
