Let's not be overly stereotypical guys...rock and roll was born there, albeit through dark and depressing circumstances.   There are some amazing parts of the country there.  Oxford is a great place.  Great food can be found all over the place.  People are generally cordial and sincere unlike the upper Midwest where people act like they are better than you but try to act nice.

I'm just trying to be funny, maybe failing.  I have never been to the 'deep south' so I wouldnt know.  Any of my south vs north bs is just rivalry stuff like sports.  I dont take either very seriously.  I love all of merica.
