Made the upgrade to 4S. So far quite happy with the bump in performance. The improved screen is nice, too.

Yeah, though between having the new phone and my iPod mini, I'd rather sell the thing and get the cash.

I am super psyched about getting an iPhone4 next month. I'm not due for an upgrade for another year and a half, but my buddy has a 4, but has an upgrade next month, and he's gonna sell me his 4.

Literally 3 days after my contract ended, my crappy Android phone bit the dust in a big big way. (Good timing, eh?)
So as of 2 days ago I'm the proud owner of a new 4S, and I can already tell there's no way I'd ever go back. Holy smokes, this is where it's at.

I love the "swipe for camera" from the home screen in iOS 5.1

it's very sweet - but would be much cooler if i could have it open Camera+ that way instead of the built-in Camera app...
