i haven't seen enter the void yet, but after sitting through forrest gump i felt like i'd been given a shitload of bad drugs, was shot and left to die in a filthy toilet stall. hope that helps...

Just finished this movie and to be honest I don't really know what to think....All I know is I'm going to buy a pack of cigs (which hasn't happened since August.) and I'll report more tomorrow...

The year denotes the cut.  The original (2009) is the longer of the two cuts, with an additional 20-30 minutes.  After it's debut, it was cut down by 20-30 minutes.  I can't remember the exact trim time, but it was a good chunk.

Dude.  Like I posted, it's one of those films that will fuck with your head.  It def had me thinking for a few days.

It definitely has me thinking about things, that's for damn sure.  I watched the 2009 cut last night in the safety of my own home and am very glad I did.  I feel like watching it in a public place with people who I did not know would have been very akward.  The fetus scene wasn't as bad as I had envisioned it to be but none the less still disturbing....

All in all a great movie IMHO, don't know if I will personally watch the whole film again but I have already recommended it to a few of my friends.... Especially the friends who have a liking to "blasting off"..

p.s.  The man behind this is a theatrical genius..
