yeah, DC and Alpine looks like my speed.
NYE will give me time to prepare properly.
i just haveta get the fam settled nicely in our new place and have some extra cash.  i haven't made the commitment of actually searching out tickets for either DC or Alpine.  truth be told i can't stand the idea of paying much over face.  (who can?)

either way, it may take me a bit--single parenthood slows things a bit--BUT I WILL GET THERE.

we girls gotsa kick it.

If you can go and get tickets you are more than welcome to share a hotel room with us.

I find it hillarious that the one guy on this board with dreadies has the cute girlfirend in tow all weekend, well done redrum.

Redrum had dreads back in 96 when I first met him...we were "just friends" back then. He eventually cut them.
When we started dating in 2003 he actually had long hair. One day I said to him how do you start a dread. He let me try one on his hair. And that is how he ended up with the dreads he has now. I can't even imagine him with short hair.

lol - same here - had my 'stache since I was 19, met my wife when I was 20. I shaved it only once since then, about 10 years ago, cause she was curious. About 5 minutes after I shaved it, she said - "OK, grow it back"
