My buddy, whose sister works for the BOSOX, got in touch with me this morning. He says Phish's management put in a request for them to play at Fenway, but nothing has been finalized. Apparently, Fenway is 100% into this, they just have to work out the logistics. His sis says its 50/50 right now.
So, its not a rumor. But it may not happen.
If anything materializes, he said he would give me a call.

Last weeks rumors called...

DMB is playing there the 2 nights before, it's an easy transition and would be a pretty simple setup.

Word is that it will be simulcast.

To be honest, the thought of seeing a Phish show in Fenway makes me puke in my mouth a little bit.

The massholes are bad enough when you're at the TD Banknorth whatever, I can't even imagine Fenway.
