Chronic not showing up on time.
Obvious lack of fucks given.
Inability to conform to simple policies.

my work seems to have a pretty lose "on time" policy that works for me. In MD it was def stricter. I would get to work between 9-920.
Here i get to work between 8-9 they really dont care. My boss said I know most of us live in a city so doesnt matter what time you get here just put in your 8 hours.

With IT support, not showing up in the morning means people don't have support in the morning which means that I have to work harder and you know I don't want that.

that's a highly productive day for most people I work with.
ironically, on ym day off, I probably did as much work as I did yesterday (we lost power for a few hours yesterday).
