They haven't played here since 1999 right?
I would hope they tear the lids off those AL heads for that reason alone.

But I hope a lot of things these days  :|

i don't think anyone has willingly gone to alabama since then.

As my uncle stated once as we drove back from florida to indiana: "In many states it's illegal to drive barefoot.  In alabama it's mandatory".

I like driving barefoot.
Must be my Alabama dirt farmer ancestors...

i'm a fan myself.

I especially like to do so in my 24yr/old truck

Did I mention a bunch of crows were on the power lines next to the highway the entire way thru alabama?  They appeared when we entered and disappeared as soon as we left.  They were like our spirit guides/guardians.

My buddy (you may know him as tourtweet) says Fish is looking like hell... as in unhealthy.
Anyone else seeing that?

Certainly does not look good, but he doesn't set the bar very high.

Finally got the stream working now that it appears they're closing out the set.  Still beats the usual sharts, though.

Stream is quality. Set is ludicrous.
Dysfunction and itemized lists of people's failures are where it's at.

I always enjoyed this tune.. ever since 7/10/99 @ Camden...

"Your answer is silly. What'd do you want the song to do? End world hunger?
It's a fucking Phish song, some of them are very complex compositions, some are not.

This one with its complex vocal arrangement falls right in between.
But that and a hook aren't enough so I'll let Trey know his songs have to start giving out handys." RJ

December 1995 had the version with Warren Haynes correct? Has there been another one of note since then?

And while Hoist may get some stick, at least it is original material.

I thought everyone drove barefoot?
We are all and we are all we are
Far flung bits of Sun and bits of Stars
From the  ocean from the land from the
beginning to end
Backwards forwards back toward
we belong

But, I don't think our fans do happily lap it up, I think they go online and talk about how it was a bad show.
