Personally, I thought it was a pretty sloppy 7/10/99 Chalkdust tease, but hell what do I know?

John Williams can be pretty liberal in paying homage to his influences.  I'm sure he probably worked some 7/10/99 into the Harry Potter music

Rocky was gay?

Rocky was awesome. Rocky III was at least flirting with homo-eroticism. Remember Rocky and Apollo running on the beach and then frolicking in the ocean in the short shorts?

How come I've seen no mention of the Harry Potter theme being played during Chalkdust? It's at the 4:52 mark on the LP version. Trey also played a Dixieland tease shortly before that.

Both were mentioned on the LST as they happened, and both were pretty pitchy dawg.

Def pitchy dawg....

All music is the 7/10/99 Chalkdust, just with varying degrees of whale.  I mean, hell...  even I am born from the 7/10/99 Chalkdust.

The composed section of this Harry Hood is very beautiful..  :music:    :phish:    :music:
Control for smilers can't be bought...

"Your answer is silly. What'd do you want the song to do? End world hunger?
It's a fucking Phish song, some of them are very complex compositions, some are not.

This one with its complex vocal arrangement falls right in between.
But that and a hook aren't enough so I'll let Trey know his songs have to start giving out handys." RJ
