I have this but my ffp does not match what is in the db.  I think it was recently seeded, it is in my folder to archive, but I only have a partial download.  If anyone has this and is able to help out I would greatly appreciate it.  There is no link to this on bt.etree that I could find.

I have this source but unfortunately when I run the FFP a handful of the files don't check to 100%. And I thought I was actually going to be able fill an ISO for once.

I have some "interesting" information to add.

I have these FLAC files, but the FFP doesn't match what's in the database (like everyone else).

However, take a close look at the info in the database:

Date Circulated = 12/22/04
Date Added = 01/06/2005

My FLAC files were last saved 01/05/2005, the day before it was added to the db.  Therefore, I'm 99% certain that my files were downloaded when the file set was first released to bt.etree.org, and therefore, no one would have files that match the FFP in the database.

The original torrent page is long gone (http://bt.etree.org/details.php?id=10410), so I don't know if there were ever comments on the bt page.

But I'll get in touch with Ashevillain - maybe he remembers something.  Or even better, maybe he archived the 48 kHz files and we can create a new 48kHz file set (and maybe apply de-emphasis, if needed - the source info would seem that there was pre-emphasis, but I haven't listened to this source in a while to confirm).

If/when I hear back from Ashevillain, I'll let you know.

My fileset is exactly like yours. I just generated a fingerprint from the fileset as I have it and the resulting fingerprint is identical to yours. Not sure what that may or may not be worth.

Well this is a good start.  What it is worth is that this could be the circulating fileset.  Reading Jason's post, and seeing your files checked with mine is consistency that we are looking for.  If a few more people can confirm their ffp matches what I posted, then I will update the db with this "new" ffp.

The FLAC files and FFP that I have match what you posted here.  I think it's clear that what we all have matches what was originally shared on bt.etree.org, given that my files were last saved the day that it was initially seeded (and one day before being added to the db).

I'll post an update if/when I hear back from Ashevillain.

the latest on this is that Ashevillain doesn't have this one on his archive hard drives.  He's going to see if he has the original FLAC files burned to CD-R or DVD-R,  He's also going to see if he still has the original DAT (if he does, I volunteered you - Jeff - for the transfer ).  He doesn't think he saved the 48 kHz files.

quick update here.  Ashevillain doesn't have any of the original FLAC files, no WAV files, no DAT, nothing.

However, he is putting me in touch with Mike Levin, who originally provided the DATs for the transfer.  We'll see what he can dig up.
