Great shows deserve their own threads.  Let's discuss!
If this is love, I'm never going home..

Too bad we probably won't get a third season because of ratings. That show is so good.

Hope you're wrong.

Me too.

Season Three is officially confirmed, if you haven't seen or heard about it yet.

Yeah I saw that, I'm so stoked it will return, even if it will be a final season. I had read an interview where Lindelof had mentioned Kevin's father having a larger role in the third season, which would be awesome cause that dude is nuts.

Season 2 finale was pretty fucked up too.  I swear man, this show makes me feel very uncomfortable while watching sometimes, and I can't quite put my finger on why, although I have a few hunches.

Still not sure if the show is pro-faith or anti-faith.

I came down with a nasty virus on Wednesday, slept for nearly a day, and then have spent the bulk of the last 3 days on my couch binging the shit out of this show. Watched all 20 hours in 3 days. Pretty fucking great show that hits so many different levels. It kinda has it all, but is pretty tough to describe. If it ended here that would be ok but I'll gladly take another season.

Unfortunately I'm still feeling awful. What show to start next?

To me, it's kind of a little bit of both, and I think that's a big part of why I find it so compelling. It's has actually started some pretty interesting debates at work. And sorry you're illing, Heath, I've heard that The Man in the High Castle is good.

Yeah we've had some interesting discussions about this show at work as well... Not since, dare I say it? Lost.

Heath, I second the Man In The High Castle suggestion.

Anyone up-to-date on this show? 2 eps into season 3 and it's baffling as ever.

The way this show explores grief... If it were exploring sexuality in such depth, it'd be the most pornographic anything ever.

GBL

Haven't started watching the new season, hopefully will start in the next week or so..

I watched the first 2 season just over the last couple weeks. Haven't dug into season 3 yet though.

It actually kinda lost me throughout the second season.  I felt like the glue of 'reality' just fell apart -- with the sleeping walking and alternative realities and all that, all rules were thrown out the window of what could be done so, it allowed them to leave things open ended and not really give concrete answers.

The concept itself is awesome though, and like you said, takes you on quite the emotional roller coaster.

The fact that the characters are equally accepting and incredulous at the bizarre happenings hold the show together for me.
This continues unabated in the new season.

I hear ya.

I'll probably start season 3 this week cuz I'm a sucker like that :)

Doesn't it seem a liittttllee odd that the main character, Kevin, hasn't been..... ya know.... arrested.... a bunch of times? Lol. They really just shrugged off a few of his serious crimes..

Bring in the dude!
