I don't remember when we did 92, but it was not done by shnfam and was only done by week4paug. Ucutsy started the project, but ran out of steam and it kinda died. Auggie and I picked up the project from there and did May->Dec limping along finding sources as we went. This will be the first time 92 has been done with a plan in mind. I think the set 2 sbd for 5-9-92 is the only source I'm missing. If a show has an aud and a sbd, all of those should be included here. I also tired to get the best source for each show, not just any source. I'm quite happy with what I've been able to find over the last few weeks. Big thanks to bvaz & auggie for helping out with a few hard to find sources. Most of my 92 sources were gathered from uno when we rallied to finish project 92 a few years back, other than that they've come from all over with a heavy influence from the shnfamily. Here's the full source list, again at this point we are only looking for 5-9-92 set 2 sbd, I did send off a few emails to see if I could track it down. Mr Minor, ytown & easts vault will be helping with the seeding as they all participated in the HD B&P offer for 92. Since then I've grabbed another 20-25 sources, so they will be downloading some of these as you will which, also the wizard has offered to seed 3 or 4 other sources I wasn't able to find. Remember these torrents will be between 17 & 25 gigs, so please be patient as we may experience a few bugs in the first go round. Project is set to start this weekend. Somewhere between Saturday evening and Sunday morning. Upload speeds may be slow to start with so that we create a large swarm, if the pack gets lopsided (people running away from the pack with low ratios I will throttle my upload speed to catch others up. Again your patience is appreciated. I'd like to think we can do one per week and be done in 4-5 weeks, but we'll see. Clear off those HD's!!!!!!!!!

I did my best to find every source out there without being redundant, no need for more than one aud or sbd per show. I tried to find the best sources in regard to sound quality, lack of errors, DAE, you get the idea. I didnt get every sbd, missing Shnid 3439 ->5-9-92 set 2 as well as a few from the summer tour. I did get auds for those so we are including every show and almost every sbd. The HORDE tour has a couple sound boards I don't have. I believe the wizard will be uploading those along side the project, so grab those if you prefer the sbds over the source I'm seeding. One last thing, if you are unable to forward your ports, PLEASE DO NOT JUMP ON UNTIL WE HAVE COMPLETED UPLOADING!!!!! This will only frustrate the hell out of the seeders as well as waste everyone's BW. If you don't know, just wait, these will be huge torrents and should stick around for a little while, so please as a common courtesy to the seeders, if your not forwarded, just wait. shnfam did do 92. we just didn't do 1992 "again" because we moved onto 94 after seeding 1990 and 1991 for the second time. we've seeded from the 80s and are currently on '96 and if I can control it, will keep seeding through 2004 without any more breaks.
basically what happened was someone who had put a lot of work into the 80s was a bit burned out and instead of starting to organize 1994, we started seeding 1990 again, still no one volunteered for 1994, so we seeded 1991 again. in the middle of 1991, we organized 1994 and then went forward from there.

For those jumping on to seed, please remove all your checksums. The ones included in the files currently were pulled right off the db. This way we don't end up with 3 differently named checksums that are all really the same. Less confusion in the long run.
Also for 1992-04-21 shnid=9505....the files need to be renamed. The ones I had were named:
ph92-04-21d1t1 which matched the md5's in the folder, the db however has this as the correct file name:
ph1992-04-21d1t01 so please change your filenames to match if you plan on seeding that one. Other than that everything else is ready to rock. Thanks to everyone helping with the seed. A truly amazing month with some jaw dropping performances....lots of nice sbds as well. Dig In!!!

Funny you mention that...after '92 I planned on doing "Project Tuesday".
So I can't believe that more peeps aren't jumping on the project 92. These are some great shows from a very important time in phishtory. Part 1 has only been served up 143 times with 32 leeches, I know that these are huge torrents, but I assumed that there would be more interest in this project. This is the entire year served up in 5 chunks, I mean, how easy is that for everyone to dl. Has all of 92 been seeded recently, does everyone have these shows, or is it something else? I dunno
At one point I saw there were over 100 leechers on Part 2!
Of course, the next day there were like 20 leechers left but only 20 seeders... :frustrated: Where did they all go???

That's not too bad of a number now a days. If you look at the average number of completes on the 80's seeds, and any of the shnfamily seeds you'll see about the same.
Probably just not as many newcomers as there used to be. :|

Had some issues with 5-9-92, so that one will be in our next torrent
ok fellas here our latest update for the 92 bizness. I was able to track down a copy of 5-9-92 set 2 sbd so that will be seeded along with the aud when it arrives in the mail, likely on a separate torrent. This weekend I will be upping on Saturday instead of sunday so look for that sucker as early as late on friday night. Part 4 has some fantastic auds that feature some killer playing, with more signals than you can shake a stick at.....

yup. that's one of my arguments against them. of course people grabbing them think they are great, but the window is much smaller.
plus, the ratio of seeders/leechers is always misleading. if someone is using utorrent and just grabbing a few shows, they will stay at 20% on the tracker but they are actually seeding that 20% and not even looking for the other 80%.
