I just finished re-visiting this run, and it is an undeniable pinnacle for the band.
They brought serious FIRE each night which resulted in zero duds from this month.
Sure, some pale in comparison to others, but they all had massive amounts of rippage.

12 shows in 16 days (10 samples ) = TEH HEET!

Here is my top 5 from July '94

1. 07-06-1994 Montreal, QC
2. 07-08-1994 Mansfield, MA
3. 07-05-1994 Ottawa, ON
4. 07-02-1994 Holmdel, NJ
5. 07-16-1994 Fayston, VT

I was at 7-1 and 7-2.  Two great nights of :phish:, for me.  First road trip, as well.  Think I've told that tale here, before.

7-13 is Big Birch, right?  Nuff said.

7-16 is Sugarbush. :-D
"...ruminations of the end of empire, what it is like for a society to no longer have the will to pull itself as a whole, as a single entity, forward. It is a recipe for the disenfranchisement of significant portions of the country, for a divorce of one America from the other" -David Simon

I saw the OOB show (my brothers 1st show) and both shows at Great Woods ...so I naturally choose those. The 7/3 show was a total blast and the sunset was unreal that night. Kind of neat to see a show on a basball field...also they had a lifesize cutout of the Simpsons onstage all night hence the simpsons signal.
We all know what happened at the Great Woods shows...pouring rain and a Gamehendge, cant go wrong there.
My two other choices would be BB and Sugarbush.
Paug FTMFW!

I've got to put Sugarbush as #1 on this list (I have to re listen to the rest to give a full list) and one of my all time top shows, it was my 1st so it will always win, the entire show is mind melting.
"There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, and everything else is cream cheese."          -Bobby Finstock

I like 07/13, but 07/02 is the better show in my opinion.  Hell its hard for me to find a 1994 show I don't like.

heh.
That was the last season that I didn't split between Phish and GD.
Caught my first phish show days before the Cap center run that October.
