My LZ4 is in rough shape too.  I won it at the Jersey shore in a carnival game in 1978 so it's been played a couple of times....I just got it because my brother told me to pick it and l liked the cover.  I used to stare at it for hours.

I left the lid on the TT and I think that slowed down the glue drying process.

It's off now (thanks to my amazing wife) and it looks like it's drying faster.
