taping/trading policy?

there's an iso for 5/7/94 that I was gonna fill but wonder if it violates the trading policy. The set 2 that exists was tradable but is a SBD. I looked at their trading policy and they say that auds of OR are OK, but don't say anything about sbds that were previously in circ. I'm happy to seed this but don't want to violate the policy. Any thoughts?

As long as your source isn't identical to the one being sold you're all good.
