Lakewood '97? Helluva night for a 16yo first-time fan.

Think her 21 years number is a bit off and it was actually 2000.

Trey worked "Peyton Hooten" into the Carini lyrics on the second night.  So basically that was a joke with an 18 year wait for the punchline!

But, I don't think our fans do happily lap it up, I think they go online and talk about how it was a bad show.

Yikes.  Things didn't go so well for ol' Peyton.
That's what happens when you let your kids go to the phish show.

Yeah, logged onto FB on Saturday and someone had "invited" me to the stream. It was a great up close angle with perfect sound.  If it happens again I will try and share the link here but not sure if thats do-able.  For the first night there was a Mixlr stream but it was not nearly as good quality.

Great hanging out, man. Keep coming 'round!

Enjoyed Trey in Charlotte last night. Quite a different type of atmosphere compared to how we're used to consuming these songs. (Key takeaway, on that note: Phish fans apparently are incapable of sitting still for 80 minutes. My god.)

Trey Anastasio - 2018/02/17 - Knight Theatre - Charlotte, NC

Theme From The Bottom, Anything But Me, Sweet Dreams Melinda, Sample In A Jar, Everything's Right, Architect, Twist, Mountains In The Mist, Lifeboy, Summer Of '89, The Inlaw Josie Wales, Limb By Limb, Cavern, Rise/Come Together, Mexican Cousin, Buffalo Bill, Waste, Stealing Time From The Faulty Plan -> Wading In The Velvet Sea, Carini > Back On The Train

Encore: Brian & Robert, Show Of Life, Backwards Down The Number Line

Lifeboy was an easy highlight for me. Nice mini loop jams in Everything's Right, Twist and Stealing Time. Dextrous work on BOTT. Josie Wales was a treat. Favorite story was about Trey and Page pushing on till the day during a hotel fire in Cincy in 2003.

Some songs, of course, translate better to this format than others. Some are actually, probably, better suited to this as opposed to the full-band format. Some are poignant, some are just for kicks. Very glad I was able to attend this show.
