Title: Operation Every Phish Show HDD BP and other Every Show Discussions...
Post by: mbwoellert41 on March 27, 2010, 09:10:07 PM
Well, unfortunately, I lost a hard drive due to my own negligence and impatience.  Bottom line, I just lost a ton of music :frustrated:

Is there anyone that might be willing to do an every show hard drive BP possibly?  I've got a 1 TB (933 GB free) that's clean and ready to go

To Phishy69: I just PM'd you about my recent issues....sorry for all of the delay on my end....

Thanks to anyone that can possibly help :beers:

Don't lock this thread. There are others here, myself included, who have been filling orders for this thread even if you haven't been. Or, better yet, maybe we should start a general stickied thread with the names of those who have near complete collections and are willing to fill orders.

I don't plan to lock this thread.  For one I'm not a moderator and secondly I only locked the other thread because I was the one who started it and grovels continually come in over the months/years since i started it, I needed an out.  That one always pointed back to me as the owner when new people come to the site.  If someone else wants to be the owner, awesomeness.  I just don't have time to handle anymore requests at this point, I'm very glad people are still sharing the hard work I put into putting that collection together.
Thank you for your efforts!

I know jmitchell and myself have been using our own collections that we assembled ourselves to fill HD requests of late and not yours. But with ours this means you get multiple sources for every date as I and Jeff are completists and have yet to weed through deleting the weaker sources.  Thanks for filling requests in the past, we will take up the slack now  :beers:

I may be interested in the near future. I have every show in MP3, but having FLACs would be doope!! All 3 of my HD's are full at the moment, but I have been planning on purchasing a new one soon. That would be super tight of you, whatapiper! Cheers... I'll be in touch.  :beers:

Edit:

Also, what about :syf:? Does anybody have every show in flac or mp3 and would be willing to hook a brotha up?  :-D

How big is the Phish FLAC archive?

I'm working on every GD SBD MP3 - I'm doing 79-95 and my buddy is doing 68-78.

There are so many crappy SBDs out there though, I'm thinking of weeding out bad sounding stuff.

I wish Charlie Miller had an email announce list.

i sent SF a 2 TB drive and it has over a 100 gig left, the archive ended with 04, nothing from 3.0 is on there but I'm working on that.
he also put a bunch of TAB and video as well, so just the phish with 3.0 would still be close to around 1.75 TB, this is also with multiple sources

alright, I have received a few requests about the Every Show drive and have no issues filling them, but just to make clear, this drive is not 100% FLAC as many think.
I would def say the majority is flac, and most shows with mulitple sources have at least one FLAC in the mix.

That being said, what is not flac is shn which is easily converted to flac should the receiver wish to. I decided to keep all my files in the format they were originally downloaded as (obviously there are no mp3's). It should also be noted I might be missing a handful of sources and/or dates. I had a drive give me trouble during the transfer to whatapiper and did not have the time to figure out what I might have missed. Regardless, it's probably 99.9% of the complete Phish catalog or better.

I can do an mp3 B&P, but 2010 (and 2011) isn't complete.
Title: Re: Operation Every Phish Show HDD BP?
Post by: Mr Minor on February 19, 2011, 02:51:46 PM
I can do FLAC and Shn.  I am 99.9% complete for 90-2000 (the golden years), and 100% for 2009-2011.  My 80s collection is pretty much complete, but there are a few sets that might be missing.

For 2003-04 I only have mp3, though.

Let me know if you are interested.

They should all fit on a 500gb.

93-97 fits on a 1TB drive (with just a little bit to spare).  98 will take up another 120GB on another drive.  This is based on my own collection (which includes multiple sources whenever available).  I have no idea how much smaller it would get with a single source per show.

Hmm, my 98 is only around 70gb, but I'm a single source type of guy right now. Once I have every show, I'll begin to collect every source.

It's quite an addiction.  Perhaps it would be better described as some sort of disorder (OCD)

There's close to 4,000 Phish sources out there, many of which can still be found today.  Some seem to have vanished forever.

it's a hobby.  addiction would mean those who collect obsessively need help.  I hear denial is the first step to recovery so as long as I keep denying, I will never get to step 2 and will continue to collect.

my summer project is to go through all my music and get it better organized.  my phsih is pretty well organized but I want to narrow down the sources on a 2nd listening drive.  I like having multiple sources because quite often people seek out specific sources.  sharing si part of the hobby for me.

see the 12/4/96 ISO.  having both the ots source and fob allowed me to seed both and let Fee decide which one he/she wanted.

and big ups to CrazyEd, he is filling a B&P for me of the all FLAC drive.

I know he is busy with other projects so if anyone needs/wants an all FLAC drive or prefers the shn's as originally seeded lmk, i will have both.

in a few weeks i will also have the mp3 drive and open that up to anyone as well

Yeah, I love the retro J-card design. I will soon have the complete FLAC HDD, just dropping those JPEGs in the folder would be cool, ultimately I'd like to have it all as ALAC with those as the artwork.

cool.  the only bummer is they arent all standard size.  each one is different is terms of length and width.
i suppose i could standardize them all but that would probably distort some of the longer ones, like 3 set shows.

The phish harddrive I created does not have cover art for all shows. It does have art for some.  As time goes on it's possible it could be added.  But the main issue is when you add artwork to the coverart tag field for a show, it basically breaks the file set.  So if you are trying to keep everyone's phishvault sync'd up via a mechanism like bittorrent, the entire show needs to be reseeded.  When you update other tag's such as album, song title, track number etc, all the connected peers only have to redownload 3-4%.   If that makes sense.

Point being big props to Ed and my offer still stands to fill any drives.

My mp3 vault is up to 655gb.  If khalpin can get you B&P'd, once you get your drive back send me a PM with your email and I will make sure you are connected to sync all the future updates.

Sooo.... my 2TB external just died after only 6 months, taking at least a third of my collection with it, which was only about 300 shows to begin with. Since I've got a shiny new (and empty!) replacement drive coming to me shortly, I figure now is the ideal point to ask for one of these B&Ps if anyone has the time.

I'd really prefer lossless, and 3.0 isn't a priority, but I'm not one to look a gift HD in the mouth and will happily take whatever I can get. And of course I'd be more than happy to spread the phishy goodness around and fill many more B&Ps in the future.

I am on my way to Phish heaven thanks to Kevin!!! Can't wait for the drive to arrive @ home and read from the goddamn BOOK and pick out a new show each night. :music:

THANK YOU KEVIN!!!!!!!!

spaced - if whatapiper can't filll this I can, he got his from mine. Mine is all original filesets and multiple sources for every night (shn and flac) and a 2 TB would cover it all. And there will be no 3.0 cause I only collect 3.0 "good shows" and "stellar recordings". But I live in Canada so best hit up whatapiper first. (reduced shipping cost)

That sounds amazing. You are guys are the best! I'm still waiting for my RMA replacement HD, so once I get that (this coming week probably) I'll be in contact with you or whatapiper.

Whatapiper also has a copy of the phishvault i put together which is cleaned up and standardized.  Everything is flac and tagged properly and if you have an internet connection you can stay sync'd up with the master copy of the vault.  A new show comes out you get the update.  If you are buying a new drive I would go 3tb, as 2tb is going to be out grown very soon.  All phish shows and and MANY side projects and guest appearances are covered, 83-UIC 2011.

I'm stuck with the 2TB for now, since I'm just getting an RMA for one I bought already. I'm not totally clear on the differences between your drive and SF's. Are there multiple sources? Does it fit all on 2TB (sounds like you are saying it does now but won't soon)? If everything is retagged and in flac, I'm guessing these aren't the original etree filesets, right?

I believe this is correct. Also, I'm not entirely sure is crazyed's collection is multiple sources or if his 3.0 includes 24 bit. If it's not multiple sources, I'd be interested to hear who decided what source was best for any given night.

There are multiple sources for many shows.  Like in the earlier years there are auds and sbds when available.  Many shows there are multiple auds.  There was never any A/B comparisons done to say "this is the best source", this one sucks so it's not good enough for the vault.  Listeners can do that on their own, I was never one to judge but I didn't just download every last source just for the sake of having it all.  It's not just about quantity, it's about quality and organization.

This project is for the phan who wants a nice clean collection that is standardized and tagged and modernized for playback on medialess playback devices like ipods, boxee boxes, plex, htpc, and all of other playback devices that read meta data.  Everything is flac with the highest compression.  It all fits nice and neat on a 2tb drive, however it does continue to grow and like I said if i was buying a drive today i'd go with a 3tb.  The band is still touring, tons of the hard working people in the community keep pumping out more and more sources, this thing grows daily.  There are over 500 side projects and phish member guest appearances also included.  ohead, tab, gordo, you name it, it's there.

3.0 is included, 24 bit available.  An mp3 320 version is also available.

The biggest obstacle with the drive i made is once someone sent it to me for a B&P, the minute i shipped it back, I already had a ton of new shows for the phishvault.  Just because lets say a new show gets seeded on etree, doesnt mean everyone can go grab it from etree and put it in there vault.  I mean they could but it wont be the same.  Most shows on etree are not tagged by default, many seeders just dont care about tags.  So that was a huge obstacle.  This year the vault now has a mechanism to distribute updates to the phishvault The mechanism is bt using the gazelle code from what.cd, and scripts have been created so once a new show is posted, it can be automatically downloaded into your own personal vault.  It's still a bit of a work in process but its amazing how it's all come together.  More like totally sick.  Even simple tagging corrections or fixes or updates can easily be pushed to the network of users with the vault (200+ now).

These are not "original" etree filesets.  I took etree sources, converted them directly to flac and added tagging, no audible changes were made.  If you are the guy who needs to hold some old shn files and can't sleep at night because you are worried about your md5 checksums not being accurate or something and wont match db.etree.org, yeah stay away from the phishvault its just not for you.

I have never ever heard a single complaint about the phishvault, most peoples minds are pretty much blown away by the amount of effort, detail and organization that has gone into this project.   In my opinion it's the most organized, complete and cleaned up copy of phish's catalog available.  You can listen to any song from any show in about 3 clicks of your mouse.

You know, I've been a low-impact mp3 guy forever, but I am about to embark on a major stereo upgrade in the next year or so... perhaps now is the time to start the flac collection and do it right. I'd say every phish show is a good "start" to the collection. I need to buy a 3TB now. can it be a mac format?

Mac to Mac is better IMO, getting a PC formatted and filled drive creates a minor issue.  Adding to the vault is difficult as is any type of renaming files(not that I would)

All i can do is take the drive that shows up from amazon, plug it in and start copying data, send it back to you and hopefully when you plug it in you see the same thing.  I don't do any special formatting but i dont know how that works on the mac end.

CRAZYED, that sounds amazing, that must have been a ton of work putting that all together. The only reason I asked about the original etree filesets is that I like to jump on orphaned torrents over there and reseed. FLAC is very clearly a much more convenient format overall though.
Title: Re: Operation Every Phish Show HDD BP?
Post by: Lifeboy on September 27, 2011, 03:57:16 AM
okay, so I just finished collecting every :syf: sbd (in mp3). I chose to get mp3's bc I drive a lot for work, so I am constantly swapping music out on my iPod, so I figured mp3's would be the most convenient (not to mention the space issue)

Anyway, and if anyone is interested, I wouldn't mind filling up a few hard drives. All I ask is that you pay for shipping. I also have every Phish show in circulation (in mp3) but the HD that stores that is broken but I am about to take it in and get it fixed. I also have every Zappa album, as well as ~500 gigs of miscellaneous music (moe, UM, SCI, Marley, etc. you name it, I probably have it)

So yeah, I'm feeling generous. This offer is mainly just for :syf: though (like I said, I have to get my Phish HD fixed) but I wouldnt mind filling up whatever space is left over with some random goodies. it just depends on what your taste is. Although we are talking about mp3's, I also have a shit ton of random FLACs (mostly just :syf: and :phish:)

SO, if you want some new tunes, pm me and we'll set something up.

I ahve no interest but nice offer lifeboy.  +k
just curious.  what bitrate do you store your mp3s at?

my own personal view is that all of this usic is getting so much easier to acquire.  I'd store less at lossless and then acquire more as you get more storage.  I get the whole listening in the car thing.  i listen to mp3s in the car too.  I am just always forward thinking as my music listening equipment gets upgraded, I already have lossless.
it's all good though.  perspectives are different but neither is wrong.

My philosophy is to store official releases and great sounding sources in lossless and the rest in 192k mp3. The 192 is fine for the car or gym, and I can listen to lossless on the big stereo.

I'll check and let ya know when I get home later tonight, but yes, I sourced most of them from archive, save for a few years I got from pirate bay. there is a SBD project that torrents each year as a whole. I d/l'd a few years that had several seeds, although I believe whoever put those torrents together sourced the shows from archive. But most of them are from straight up d/l'ing from archive over the last few years.

SBDs and Official releases= roughly 293 gigs.

that's pretty much a rough estimate, as I have yet to go through and delete duplicates (there may be a few).

Once I get my library completely and perfectly organized, and I confirm I have every SBD in circulation, I'll get back to you with an exact number. I'm 98% sure I have every SBD though.

I know you are collecting mp3's but just thought I'd chime in that the total GD collection in flac and shn (all original LL seedsets which we have insisted remain the original seed sets from their first postings on the web) with all sources in circ. for every date is now around 8 TB (that's the last time I checked anyway). It could be near nine now. This does not count JGB or any other side project.

Do you have a way of generating a list of what you've got?

Maybe we can cross-reference each other's?

I'm down to do whatever. I would just like to verify that I have every SBD. Maybe sometime this week, we can go through our lists and find out if either one of us are missing any shows. Is your collection complete or are you still working on it?

I don't know of a way to make a list, other than going through and manually writing down each and every show. I might actually do it in the future, just bc I'm a neat freak and would like to have record on paper, and I want to have an easy way of verifying that I have every SBD, but it's not happening right meow.

I created a Smart Playlist with the following criteria

a) genre is Live Dead
b) track number is 1
c) album name contains gd

Then I went to File>Library>Export Playlist) and selected 'unicode text'.

After that I imported the text file into Excel and cleaned it up (got rid of unnecessary columns).

This excel file has the show date and bit rate for the first track, as well as the kind/type of file (MPEG, AAC, Apple Lossless)

Then I zipped it, and attached it here.

Hey hey..been out of the torrent/trading scene for a little while now, and since that time my ISP has limited my bandwidth.  I am trying to work on getting all of 2010 and 2011...but since I now will be charged for going over my limit I was hoping someone would help me out.  I am looking for a b&p for every 2010 and 2011 source.  I can do internal or external, and can even work a trade out if someone is interested.  The last shows I got was Trey 2010, so any new source that has been upped since then chances are pretty good that I will not have it.  I am complete up to Trey 2010, complete GD, and complete Garcia.

*Edit* Also willing to do b&ps for folks if there is interest.

Ya. I figured I would dust off those old rusty strings and get back into the swing of things, unfortunately AT&T is either gonna cost me to spend a ton of money, or I probably won't be able to continue to dl like I want to.  I am not gonna get charged for overuse for this billing period, so I am gonna see just exactly how much I can download in one month.   :rawk:

jeff, I wasn't diligent about every source (although I got almsot every source for 2010 and 2011).  on 2010, I may not have been grabbing the 16 bits if I grabbed the 24 bit.  I can't recall.
it's going to take me some time to organize, but I can do a B&P once I'm there.

I encourage anyone else that can help in a more timely fashion to jump on this if they have the time though.  I have a ton of organizing to do and it will take some time.

Ya, I am really in no rush, although, it would be nice to get a drive on some of this stuff since the limit in bandwidth.  I am sure you have noticed I am non stop on your stuff at the hub.

As mine are all in iTunes, I should be able to export my list to an Excel file.

I'll sort it out tonight.

How do you do that? Mine are all in iTunes as well...

So.... no go on this?  You couldn't figure out a list?  You didn't want to make a list?

I'll get some of it to you this evening.

Let me know if this works. I've never done anything like this, so forgive me if I fucked it up.

Also, I haven;t put much effort into grabbing any shows from '65-'67, although are know there aren't many at all in circulation.

So my collection has about 300 more unique entries than yours.  That said, I'm sure we can find stuff to trade...

I'm trying to figure out a way for Excel to make a list of the differences, I'll let you know.

It's probably something like =vcount(column 1, column 2, 1) and then pick a color

but not exactly like that

Yeah, the problem is the venue names may be slightly different, and my entries have the format gdXXXX-XX-XX, his are just XXXX-XX-XX

I can figure out how to truncate his, but removing the gd may be difficult.

yeah, if I knew how to do tricky truncates easily, that would make my excel life a breeze.

there's always the Replace "GD1" with "1" command

300 as in songs, right? That's still pretty close. Keep in mind, there are several shows I didn't bother to grab from 1965-1967.

I tried to exclude every official release, but there still may be a few in there...

You could probably use text to columns "=MID(A1,3,10)".

I removed all the multiple entries so that each show was a unique entry in your list. The total came to around 1250. There are about 1550 in my list.

I have a lot of AUDs from 94/95 in mine and all the official releases, but from looking at yours you're missing a stack of 92s and 93s to start.

I will try and generate a list of what you have that I don't and vice versa... Cool?

Sounds good to me.

How are you going to go about generating that list?

Also, I've wondered this for a while, but why are there so many shows from 94/95 that don't circulate in SBD? One of my favorite segments from 95 is the VOTC > Foolish Heart from 1995-06-27, but there is no SBD in circulation that I'm aware of. Although there's an AUD of that show that sounds fantastic, I would kill to hear a SBD

Excel will generate the list.  Heather is using the computer now so I can't work on it for another hour or two, but it shouldn't be too hard.

John Cutler took over the board March '94 - I'm sure that is a factor but I don't have any other insight.

I know the general consensus is 94/95 sucks, but I have found a bunch of shows to be quite enjoyable, and there are a few shows that I would kill to hear a sbd of.

With that being said, there are more trainwrecks than good shows, but I absolutely love several shows from that era.

and I know you feel the same way, Matt.

1994-08-01?

I guessed that bc I know that there is no circulating sbd of set I, and I remember you talking about that show before.

Wasn't sure if you were in attendance or not though.

Yeah, I find one redeeming thing about there being several missing SBDs from that era is that most of the AUDs are quite good imo.

BUT that's another set I wished circulated in SBD, almost as much as 1995-06-27. TMNS is out of this world. LOVE that version.

I'm sure you are, but are you familiar with that VOTC > Foolish Heart? If you're not, or if you haven't listened to it in a while, I recommend giving it a spin.

It's fucking fantastic imo

OK, it was kind of bugging me so I just sat down and hammered it all out.

I am missing 122 dates that you have, you are missing 421 dates that I have.

Amongst that 421 are a number of official releases.  Ones that were obvious from my list had dates like 1990-09-00, this would be a Road Trips release or another official release that spanned a number of performances.  I highlighted these.  Obviously all of the E72 releases are in that number as well, along with Dick's Picks and other stuff - I don't really have a way of not counting that stuff.

It'll all be obvious when you pull up the spreadsheet, which I've attached.

And do you have every official release? If so, are they all included on your list?

Or better yet, how many gigs on your list are official releases?

I'm pretty sure the only AUDs are from 1995.
All of the official releases are in there too.

I can't easily distinguish how many gigs the official releases are, but there aren't more than say...  75?

Word. I'll add the official releases and make another Excel list tomorrow when I get up and around.

I also may have an AUD or two from '95 as well. All of my hard drives and music info are on my desktop, and I am in the living room on my laptop playing PS3. I already shut my desktop down for the night, so I will continue working on it tomorrow.

This was a good idea though. I'm enjoying it.

Also, if anybody else wants to join in, you're more than welcome.

My offer is still on the table as well.

My lossless library is just getting off the ground but I'd be happy to offer up a BNP to anyone who is looking for mp3s! I have pretty much all the 1.0 stuff in either VO or 320 mp3 if anyone needs it, plus around 300 gigs of Dead in mp3. Just let me know and we can set something up!

Thanks in advance, happy to be here!

once again, +k to all of those who are willing to fill an HD for a complete stranger. Just one of the hundreds of reasons I love this band and the community.

I would have been more than happy to fill it for someone, but like I said, I only have MP3's as far as complete collections go. I'm still working on the FLACs. khalpin hooked me up with Phish MP3's, and I just recently pretty much completed my GD MP3 collection. So now, I can finally put all my focus into the real deal (FLACs)

So, if anyone happens to want the phish and/or GD vault in MP3's for the ipod or CD's for the car, let me know and I'll be glad to hook it up.

Susep has completed Hendrix and I think I'm awfully close....and that which I might be missing, I probably deleted after a quality control pass through the catalog. I've also completed Zeppelin, Miles (FM broadcasts, aud recordings, and all official releases), Clapton, Marley, MMW. But again, all have been culled of the unlistenable recordings.

Hendrix is easy and hard to "complete".  Easy in that there is only so much material, hard because every so often its repackaged...  I'm specifically looking for the ATM Series material...

Zeppelin is that way too - I quit trying to keep track of all the different SBDs years ago and just kept the "best" (at the time)...

That being said, paugers: whatapiper and jeffmitchell, who are in the States, have near complete collections so they might pitch in to help you, just give it a day or two for them to chime in to this thread. If not, they can each vouch for my reliability, as I sent them both near complete flac harddrive collections a little while ago.
I can always pick it up at your place and ship it next time i head down to the states, which as you know, is pretty often.

shit, I forgot about that. Anyway, whatapiper is holding down the fort on this one. And I'm needing to catch up on some of the new sources that were recently thrown up, I must have 60 torrents of new sources lined up in utorrent.

I received my copy of the Phish Flac vault from whatapiper this weekend. If anyone needs a copy I'm happy to do a BnP, just send me a PM!

Thanks so much to all of you who replied! Once I receive my copy I'll be happy to hook anyone else who needs it up with a BNP. I'm working on building my own GD lossless SBD drive as well so when that's done I'll offer it up as well. I'm using ALAC for that one do it will be iTunes ready when I get it finished, which will admittedly be awhile as I'm only up to '72 so far.

As you might expect, some of us have complete GD collections as well.

I am complete with GD, Jerry and Phish...probably too complete.  I can fill drives for folks who are interested.

Hey I know this thread is old, but would anyone be willing to do a B&P for the entire phish collection? I would prefer 3.0 too, but I'll take what I can get. Also can someone give me an idea what size the lossless collection is? and the lossy?

I stopped downloading around 2009.  I was able to grab most of the sources, but here are quite a few that I am missing.  Anyone out there grab everything and be able to help me out?  Currently sorting through 2009 and figuring out what I have and what I don't have.  If anyone has a completely complete 3.0 stash, please let me know.

Thanks

I don't want to wear my welcome out with Jason.  I have gotten a ton of stuff from him already, so I was looking for some other folks that have it all.  It's hard to find folks that have as complete a collection as he and I.

I recently found a drive full of sources I never sent you, but figured by now you have sussed them all out. Also, I've been waiting for you to hunt down all of 3.0 before I send you a drive.  Do you still need help with early seeds over at LL, send me PM? As of this past weekend, my collection is officially organized.

Interesting...  What's in it???  I'm not into 2.0 or 3.0, so I'm not any help to Jeff in this respect...  But I'm curious if you have some of the missing SHN sets from oh-so-long-ago...

Don't ship me an HDD unless you can get a great deal. Better me buy one, fill it for you, and then you pick it up. Save on shipping and the potential for damage.

My plan was to buy it from Amazon.ca and drop ship it to you. We can work out the details, though. You know I'm good for it.

Let me take care of it all then. As well, I have a ton of other live music you already love that will find it's way onto the drive. I'll do it up in style.

Not sure what the 'official" drive is.  If there was/is a drive floating around that folks have been getting their sources from is it possible to get a list so that if people are looking for this some of us may be able to help out those who are looking for this drive specifically?

It's not an "official" drive. It is missing a lot of sources, I don't think anything has been checked or verified. And the source selected for any given date is not necessarily the best sounding one (I think there is only one source per show).

Yes, the tagging is done.

As for sources and my own preference, I want the best, and there have been many sources that have come out since it was making the rounds that have nullified older sources. Also, I prefer to choose what sounds the best, as opposed to someone else. Again, solely my own preferences. But the participants to our New Year's dance party will attest it's pretty nice line to grab that tastiest of auds. To be honest, eventually I would like to go through my collection and cull every shitty source. But I keep telling myself one day I will write a Phish taping compendium and this will require most sources, as the best source will have an extensive write up, including from the taper, while the weaker will get a line or two. I'm dreaming, I know.

I got that drive from Ed a few years back in mp3 form.  Although, I failed to keep it updated with 3.0.  I downloaded the 2009 shows, but after a while found I was spending the time downloading and tagging files but not listening to them, so I stopped around mid-2010.

As I've seen new 1.0 shows enter into circulation, I would download and tag them.  Most shows have only one source but there are certainly lots with multiple sources.  I'd certainly be happy to copy it if anyone is interested.

I'm still trying to get that MP3 HDD cause I don't have the space for the proper lossless tree versions. But I'll need to wait till I get a job to get a new HDD. I think I have most of it up till like 2010 on a Drobo back home in Cleveland, but I haven't been back there in like 4 years to be able to pick that up.

Jeff/Terry/anyone willing to do a lossless HD B&P? I *will* make it worth your time and will do B&Ps for others who need/want the same afterward.

A couple years back I started transferring my FLAC/SHN discs to some hard discs. I had a crash on a nearly full 2 TB drive and did not restart the project. Hoping someone can save me the time.

(Terry, a long long time ago - circa 2002ish - we did a few old school trades. My list was/is here:

I have CrazyEd's drive in lossless and one from Superfreakie, All lossless. I can fill an external for anyone just PM me. It has everything up to 3.0, after that I got lazy during some years. I have everything from 3.0 in lossy however to fill the void.

I have multiple sources for many many 1.0 shows, most in FLAC some shn files. Plus plenty of early Trey band, video etc.

Big thanks to Kevin for doing this for me.  Dude came through with the quickness!

This is a very nice and well-organized archive -- perfect to load onto the iPhone for car-jamming!

Think I could get in line here?
It's time I had this on-hand.

I can try. I'm not the most technically adept, but I'm sure I can handle it.

Count me in! I lost all my archive. That or it's sitting in a pile of unknown drives back at my parents house in Cleveland.

I'm also interested in every show in lossless in archival format (matches with etree checksums)

Awesome, thanks RJ! Let me know how big the file set is. Also once I get it I can give it to whoever else needs it as well.

I would like to get in on this at some point down the line....

Kevin hooked me up a few years back, but I have lost all of it and a ton of other music since (backup, i know)

Once I get it, I would be more than happy to hook others up.

For real. I'm sitting on shitty MP3's from the Google Spreadsheet (although those remasters are nice)

Hey everyone, I've got a B&P drive set up. I have all 1.0 & 2.0 in mp3 tagged and organized nicely. This includes remasters etc.
I'm missing most of 3.0 mp3 boards except the last couple years.

Also included:
From the Archives mp3
Live Albums/Boxes FLAC
LP Releases FLAC
Studio FLAC
Live Phish Vol Series FLAC

Didn't know if people were still interested in this.

It's under 1TB cause there's minimal 3.0.

It also includes this compilation Jeff just posted about, all live bait and box set bonus CDs in chronological order in FLAC.

We can do it when I'm done with summer shows, I don't want y'all's drives sitting on my porch for too long.

Oh for sure, we can do that. Also I got that cable for your Macbook. We'll have to give that a try as well.

I recently filled a couple drives for someone.  All sources was about 10tb.  I can fill the drives in a couple of days.  I figured since storage was getting cheaper, this might be something folks are interested it.  I am also going to look at the spreadsheet and try to figure out how to do a oatch download so i can have the mp3s for folks as well.

Just a heads up, the mp3s on the spreadsheet are 128 whereas the original Hard Drive that CrazyEd sent around were 320
