"Years later, I found out they'd signed Brian Poole and the Tremeloes instead.  The head of Decca, Dick Rowe, made a canny prediction: 'Guitar groups are on the way out, Mr. Epstein.'" - George Harrison

Dear funky butt lovin' ,

It has come to my attention that you are "touring."  I would come check out the one man "act" of you playing recorded samples of fire Phish jams, but I think I should just keep living my life instead.

Regards,

Sophist
Can we talk about the Dead?  I'd love to talk about the fucking Grateful Dead, for once, can we please discuss the Grateful FUCKING Dead!?!?!?!

Yeah, Lazy Daze Coffeehouse is only about a seven minute drive from my house.

I think I'll stay at home and pull the pud though... WE NEED NEW PORNOS!!!

You haven't lived until you've had a robot shart in your ear and followed along in the live setlist thread while it happens.

To clarify, I'm all for people posting their music and spreading tour dates.  Had it bene in my geographic area, I would have listened to the tracks and possibly hit up a show.

I also don't believe in needing to lurk before posting on this board.  Do people really feel that way?  I lol at that too.  Contrary to my sarcasm, post counts don't matter.  If you have something to add, I don't really care how often or little you post.

I didn't like posting the same post three times in a row.  As for not knowing which forum to choose, well, I would have looked at the choices and looked at On Some Other Tour and went in there and browsed and see if my post was fitting for that topic.  It is clearly used for larger acts as well as smaller acts.  I can't speak for anyone else but I know it is one of the first forums I go to (after the ISO forum).

Don't listen to the negativity.  We have a lot of hate around here.  I try to keep peace and spread positivity but it is not an easy task.

Lastly, I love leftover pizza for breakfast.  they should make pizza donuts.  that would be great.

I still remember the Bagel Bites theme song word for word, and I hardly ever ate them.  Brilliant jingle.

I was thinking more like a boston cream pie donut but filled with pizza toppings and instead of the chocolate on top, it would be pizza sauce.

yum.

I think addressing him as "Funky Butt Lovin' " and comparing him to Zach D. is all in good hazing.  I'm a smart ass to everyone, so I can't be faulted for being a dick to this guy.

Don't you always say you hate n00bs and all people in general?

Definitely "spreading the positivity"

I'm not sure if I followed this thread correctly, but what guys are saying is that Dave Thomas sold crack in inner-city DC in the mid-80's, right?

Hi everyone, this isn't really Kelley writing, it's his wife ...  I don't quite know what happened here, but I just got home and found my husband--what's left of him, anyway--slumped over in his favorite chair, the op of his skull apparently blown off, blood and gray matter everywhere. I can't believe the laptop is working now, actually.

I always knew cognitive dissonance gave him headaches. Do you all think that might have something to do with his sudden death?
