was it something I said?  i BUMPED HIS THREADS.

bvaz ftw

i think we were all just giving him shit cause he was working really hard to find new sources and we felt that because we've tried that before his search would be fruitless....guess we were wrong. He'll prolly be back but who knows....

8.26.1989 Townshend, VT (THIS CIRCULATES AS A LIVE PHISH RELEASE ONLY)

I just noticed this on the list. If it's on there, shouldn't 12-01-1992 be also?

You haven't lived until you've had a robot shart in your ear and followed along in the live setlist thread while it happens.

i met him in person at telluride and he & his lady are good shit. I doubt he's going anywhere, he's made some sweet pickups so I imagine he'll continue to feed the need and hopefully end up back here.

This thread is mostly dead, but just to keep things updated, the following shows now circulate at least in part (mainly due to the efforts of ifthir, who I gather was the one who started this thread in the first place):

4.15.1989 Burlington, VT
Set I now circulates: http://bt.etree.org/details.php?id=543414

5.1.1989 Northampton, MA
Set II now circulates: http://bt.etree.org/details.php?id=540321

2.4.1991 Burlington, VT
Last half of set II, plus encores (Antelope thru Rocky Top): http://bt.etree.org/details.php?id=540671

3.8.1991 Tuscaloosa, AL
At least part of the show, though probably not the whole thing: http://bt.etree.org/details.php?id=543084

7.27.1991 Atlanta, GA
Full show: http://bt.etree.org/details.php?id=547071

4.23.1992 Seattle, WA
full show: http://bt.etree.org/details.php?id=544323

8.25.1992 Santa Fe, NM
Full show: http://bt.etree.org/details.php?id=540457

8.28.1992 Concord, CA
Last 3 songs: http://bt.etree.org/details.php?id=546590

8.30.1992 Sacramento, CA
Full show: http://bt.etree.org/details.php?id=546592

There may be others, but these are the ones I saw. Also, I noticed that there's no source listed in the db for 10/30/91, should this be added to the DNC list?

EDIT: missed bacchist's post above cuz I wasn't really looking past '92, so that one looks like it counts too.

The list is updated.  Thanks for your help!

It's kind of a shame Andrew doesn't come around here anymore, but yes, ifthir and Shadowmaster are the same person and he has been diligently searching for all of the DNC shows the past few years. And I applaud him for his efforts.

Thanks for the bump in this thread.  There were a couple that I missed, including this one, which the seeder disappeared halfway into my download.  Any chance someone can hop back on?

Anyone ever seen a 10-25-90 Austin, TX. at the Showbar?  I have an original poster from that night along with a unsigned (booking Agent's copy) contract and rider for that show.  There was no info on it when I bought it but now is listed on Phish.com and has a set list so was hoping to someday find a recording.
Good Day, Every Day!

Received this email today about a TAB show:

Quote
I have a gem for you. I got a copy of TAB from 5/8/04, Stowe VT. You'll notice on phish net it says "NOTE: This performance does not count for stats purposes". So this was actually a private birthday party for Jake Carpenter (Jake Burton Carpenter) the founder of Burton Snowboards.

It's incomplete I'm sure, only 2 discs. It has gaps between songs, but it's a soundboard(!). I want to see if you want to clean this gem up. I'm still on the fence about releasing it, since it was a private birthday show. But, I'd still like for you to have a copy.

If you want to EAC this, flac it, edit it yada yada let me know. The hard part will be getting the gaps out if the tracks. If your willing, I'll send it your way. This is definitely a gem in the TAB world.......unreleased soundboard!
Oh! That! No, no, no, you're not ready to step into The Court of the Crimson King. At this stage in your training an album like that could turn you into an evil scientist.

Since I'm working Project 1990, I filtered the Setlist Database at Phish.net (http://phish.net/setlists/1990.html) through Sources in Circ at DB (http://db.etree.org/shnlist.php?year=1990&artist=&artist_group_key=2) and this is the 1990 DNC list I came up with:

1990-01-02
1990-01-13
1990-01-19
1990-01-25
1990-01-31
1990-02-01
1990-02-02
1990-02-03
1990-02-04
1990-02-07
1990-02-08
1990-03-02
1990-03-05
1990-03-16
1990-03-27
1990-03-29
1990-03-30
1990-03-31
1990-04-01
1990-04-12
1990-04-13
1990-04-19
1990-05-03
1990-05-05
1990-05-09

1990-05-25
1990-05-26
1990-05-30
1990-06-06
1990-07-08
1990-09-02
1990-09-17
1990-09-18
1990-09-27
1990-10-03
1990-10-10
1990-10-11
1990-10-13
1990-10-14
1990-10-17
1990-10-18
1990-10-19
1990-10-20
1990-10-22
1990-10-25
1990-10-26
1990-10-27
1990-11-06
1990-11-09
1990-11-28
1990-12-01
1990-12-02

Admitedly, I may have missed a couple here and there...

And I didn't filter for Shows in Circ (http://db.etree.org/db/shows/browse/artist_key/4/year/1990)...

And Phish.net itself has many of the shows listed above with incomplete or no setlist...

Corrections and elaborations welcome...

Terry
