Stream is working good though.  Just a little fuzzy but still better than any of my first few tapes back in the old days.

chicken drumsticks and thighs and Andouille sausage, plus red and orange pepper, onion, rice and spices. Browned the chicken first. It was pretty damn good, I gotta say. Will be better next time.


Sub chicken broth for the water next time and a pinch of real saffron (maybe you did, but the real stuff is really worth it).

Definitely.  Saffron and smoked paprika are musts.
