US Attorney said no arrest has been made.
I think the media jumped the gun.
I hate the media sometimes.

there's a couple hundred people waiting at the courthouse waiting for the suspect to be brought there.

by the looks of the size of the crowd, a lot of Boston people got up from a meeting to pretend to go to the restroom and jumped in a cab to go the the courthouse.

shit.  boston courthouse is under a code red and being evacuated.

yeah looks like media got too antsy with their "sources".
Always skeptical when their articles say their "sources" say.
That could just be the janitor who picked up a phone or something. Then they run wild with the stories.
