Jazzfest 2016, or the all things NOLA thread

So I was all set to get tickets for Dumpstaphunk to close on Sunday night at tips, and then I was just looking at the grids, and they're doing Stevie Wonder vs. Michael Jackson at the Howlin wolfe that night too, "featuring Nigel Hall, Eric "Benny" Bloom (Lettuce), Cory Henry (Snarky Puppy), Adam Deitch (Lettuce), Wil Blades, and Adam Smirnoff (Lettuce)
plus the 18th Annual Zigaboo Modeliste & The Funk Revue"....

And now I don't know which to do. I mean, Stevie vs. MJ, that's the kind of thing you can only catch at stuff like this, whereas I can see dumpstaphunk throughout the year at other events. although sunday at tips to close at JF is pretty special too...ugh!

Sounds like these bleachers will block our dirt track spot at Congo, but will be better than the track being filled with chairs.

Yeah... That's the trade off. But it'll be worth it to get around easier.
