COMMENTS:
Great sound!! Awesome Ghost!!

* Very slow, no lyrics, largely unrecognizable until the end.
^ Apparently they took turns jamming in pairs: Fish and Page,
Trey and Mike, hi-hat and clavinet (Fish and Page again), bell
and low guitar (Mike and Trey), crash cymbal and Rhodes (Fish
and Page), footstomping (band and audience); also Magilla teases.
# With Son Seals and members of his band (guitar, trumpet, bass,
and drums) and Fish dancing at the front of the stage (Funky Bitch
   is a Son Seals song).
** An Al Green cover, from his "Explores Your Mind" album. Also
regularly performed by Talking Heads, notably appearing on several
   (some live) albums.

Sublime - 40oz to Freedom

Summertime music.
I started the morning off with some Gordo.
Everything is connected, because it's all being created by this one consciousness. And we are tiny reflections of the mind that is creating the universe.

I don't know if any of you guys will like this, but I'd be very curious to hear your thoughts.  This is one of my favorite post-rock groups.  The opening song....  ugh, it gives me the same feelings as a super crazy Phish peak.  I hope you check it out.

Also, on Friday I went to a small club for a burlesque show and the DJ was mixing 80's music before the show started, and this song came on.  Didn't know it, but it's been stuck in my head ever since.  The chorus is incredibly catchy.

I see you're not a child of the 80s.  That video was on MTV non-stop back in the day.  The band was founded by ex-Zappa member Warren Cuccurullo who later went on to join Duran Duran for their whole "come back" phase in the early 90s.

Great Bowie, and that Gin is a tour highlight for sure.

Love the Jump Monk in Gin albeit brief.  The Bowie from 04-30-94 is another solid version w/ Lion Sleeps Tonight teases in the intro.  Gotta love what mvernon is doing over at bt.etree.org.  Phish 1994!
