Fuck. I might have to deal with the crowds for this Meters record.

With the Sump Pump issues draining my cash. I'm now just hoping to get:

Blitzen Trapper - Unreleased Recordings Vol.1 "Waking Bullets At Break Neck Speed"
The Lennon Claypool Delirium - Lime and Limpid Green

You haven't lived until you've had a robot shart in your ear and followed along in the live setlist thread while it happens.

I've gotta come in to town for work so I'll try to cop the Grateful Dead release (duh) and who knows what else...

Caravan2001

I'm going to just stay home and order everything from Bullmoose and Brookdale.  It's so much easier.  There has not been a single RSD release besides 2 Soundchecks that I have not been able to get for cost or far less after the fact.  And when I go, I always buy a bunch of extra crap I don't need that is now worth less than half of what I paid for it.

yeah I was debating going to stand in line for RSD but might go the same route as Todd.

Opens at 8 AM and I feel like to get anything I want I need to be in line at like 630-7, and on a saturday.

PIE-GUY

There are only 510 copies of that Meters set - I bet Waterloo gets 2-4 of them tops. I'm getting in line for that shit! They'll have plenty of the Townes and the Dead and the others are much lower priorities. That Hammersmith Bruce show is sofa king good, but I have it on DVD and mp3 already, so it's unnecessary.

Last year my shop opened at 10. The first person in line had been there since 4. I'm pretty sure I'll be ordering from bullmoose or ameoba. Or if the guy who owns my shop posts that he still has the two I want at the end of the day I'll go grab them from him.

place I go to opens at 8.  if I get there at 5, I'd be about the 8th to 10th person in line.
I don't see myself doing that this year.
