Ok, we blew this for '07 so lets track it early and keep it simple.
Quote the post in context, include the nomination (also in context.)

context not necessary :lol:.
The events in our lives happen in a sequence in time, but in their significance to ourselves they find their own order; the continuous thread of revelation.

Last years awards ceremony is still a few months away.
"There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, and everything else is cream cheese."          -Bobby Finstock

I've been racking my brains, running through my record collection in my mind to tell you what records are my secret shame and I've decided i have none. I love everything I own and am proud of it. Music should bring joy, not guilt.

such as this ^^^^

(needs to have the link to the original source of the quote. go to the quote you want to nominate, click "quote" to begin a reply - don't actually reply, just copy it and paste it into a reply on this thread - voila!)

Ticket anxiety is bad for the heart.
 <Breathe in, Breathe out>

I cant wait to see Gumbo's reaction :-P

Hello.  This is Greg's mother.  We regret to inform you that Greg has suffered a massive heart attack due to this news.  On a piece of paper was scrawled this website, between the words 'let' and 'know'.  We are waiting to hear back from the doctor on his condition, but the prognosis does not look good.  Knowing how much this band meant to him, we are politely requesting that anyone who might end up with an extra ticket set one aside for him, in case we are blessed with a miracle and he recovers.  I know he would not accept anything less than the first night.  Money is not a problem.  Thank you.

The best part was how he actually wrote clear sentences very much unlike his typical style.

Control for smilers can't be bought...

"Your answer is silly. What'd do you want the song to do? End world hunger?
It's a fucking Phish song, some of them are very complex compositions, some are not.

This one with its complex vocal arrangement falls right in between.
But that and a hook aren't enough so I'll let Trey know his songs have to start giving out handys." RJ
