Looks fun

I heard end of Undermind thru Halfway to the Moon. Can't believe I missed that Tweezer. Looking forward to giving it a spin tomorrow.

VDB

Song selection issues in the first. Much fine jamming in the second interspersed with more breathers than I prefer but hey. Friday still wins by what I'll call a fairly wide margin. Good weekend stand though.

Randomly got to run into Grup and Ramz at setbreak.
Is this still Wombat?

You need to keep tuning out before set 2.
It's resulting in big openers.

Enjoyed this tweezer/WAN combo way more than the KDF/ Martian monster combo. I dunno, I guess it's just familiar territory for both the band and myself. The KDF jam comes out of the trey solo section and tweezer has the break down before they start the jam. I like the momentum of this tour though. Magna will rage!

Number Line > Carini may look odd on paper, but Trey pretty much shredded the former (much to our collective relief and delight) and so the ensuing ante raise felt very fitting.

Cant wait to get to this Tweezer > WAN. Perfect placement for WAN, just melting out of a deep jam into that is what I want from that song.
Vocals on this SDB sound weird to me.
Really dig that Jerry-esque flange on Undermind.

susep

went straight to the Tweezer last night, the jamming from 19:00+ on is not bad.

Did the same thing just now. I was mildly underwhelmed by the overall jam but it definitely had some intriguing moments. But it is really great seeing them stretching things out a bit in the second set. And I agree with emay WAN is placed nicely there.

But like VDB said, this show was can't hold a candle to Friday night.
