Protest images on the news were crazy, problem is, I never even got what those people were protesting.

if i went, i'd protest the protesting protesters.
Sometimes we live no particular way but our own.

I see that truck around town all the time. It's disturbing.
One of these days I'm going to snap and deface it.

They perfectly express the brilliance that stand behind the great speakers of the Republican party in this great nation...
Control for smilers can't be bought...

"Your answer is silly. What'd do you want the song to do? End world hunger?
It's a fucking Phish song, some of them are very complex compositions, some are not.

This one with its complex vocal arrangement falls right in between.
But that and a hook aren't enough so I'll let Trey know his songs have to start giving out handys." RJ

Wow.  Simply wow.  In his first two sentences Bill Clinton says "I represent real hope for change".

Every time I see Bill Clinton speak during his first term, I am slapped in the face with how much Barack Obama's campaign has litterally stolen from Mr. Clinton's campaign.  Bill is the type of politician you only see once in a lifetime.  He's a truly underrated man.

Marmar

Who's the Marmar? I'm the Marmar!!!

Phish doesn't write beautiful music...the beautiful music happens after the written parts.

QuoteMarvel Comics' depiction of anti-tax protesters inspires anger, apology

Since 1941, Captain America has been one of the most popular comic book characters around. The fictional super-patriot fought Nazis during World War II, took on those who burned the American flag during the Vietnam era, and raked in hundreds of millions of dollars for Marvel Comics along the way.  Now, the appearance that he is taking on the Tea Party Movement in a storyline about investigating white supremacists has forced Marvel to apologize for the comic hero.

Issue 602 of the comic features Captain America investigating a right-wing anti-government militia group called "the Watchdogs". Hoping to infiltrate the group, Captain America and his African-American sidekick The Falcon observe an anti-tax protest from a rooftop.  The protestors depicted are all white and carry signs adorned with slogans almost identical to those seen today in Tea Party rallies like "tea bag libs before they tea bag you" and "stop the socialists."...
