wow thinking about that Portland set for $49... that's pretty damn tempting.  heard the show quite a few times but this looks to be one of those special releases...  how is quality of press?

I'm sure it's awesome but I thought I read a review that one disc's side has no vocals on it.
So I guess if that will drive you nuts. At $49.99, one of 12 sides missing vocals, still good bang for your buck on an amazing era in Dead history.

I made a couple of purchases this week that came in today.
Grabbed Billy Breathes, LCD Sound of Silver and decided to splurge on a vacuum tube preamp for my setup. Pretty psyched to give it a whirl this weekend.

I switched from a  tube pre to a solid state but I love tube stages.  They're great.  I have a grounding issue in my house and couldn't get the tube pre to be quiet, but they're the way to go for sure.
