well I guess welker only tested positive for "amphetamines" which I guses they treat like molly these days? They cant test for MDMA anymore?

No, if it had been pure molly, he would have been put into the substance abuse program.  His "molly" was cut with amphetamines, which are treated under the PED policy.

This reminds me that I need to listen to Oysterhead. It's been quite awhile since I gave that cd a spin.
