Yeah buddy!

Halloween and the Merriweather show this summer were some of the most fun Phish I've ever seen.

The boys still got "it".... "It's" few and far between these days, no doubt, but it's there and always will be as long as they continue, IMO. Best band Eva!!!! :wtu:
Bring in the dude!

I just wish I could go back and listen to that show and be as blown away as I was when I was there.

Because it's pretty sloppy.

But yeah that was a fun fucking night and I'm pretty sure I walked away thinking that was the best set I've seen them play, no doubts.
Just two whiskies, officer.

I'm not sure if I followed this thread correctly, but what guys are saying is that Dave Thomas sold crack in inner-city DC in the mid-80's, right?

Twas a very good night from start to finish. Wasnt expecting that at all and agreed the energy was higher and the playing "seemed" higher during the show. But after being there, it still kinda brings back goosebumps when re-listening, esp during the tweeprise, you just like know its coming and caps off the mayhem that was the tweezer set.

Just tried to book the Sheraton for the rumored dates and its full!! Fuck!
The weekend before is booked too!  :frustrated:

emay

the return to tweezer jam between GBOTT and Waitin All night is pretty nice stuff

Dude. I cannot wait to hear what's in store for summer tour!!!
I've been coming to where I am from the get go
Find that I can groove with the beat when I let go
So put your worries on hold
Get up and groove with the rhythm in your soul

I, for one, hope that Cream Puff War finds its way into Phish rotation.

You haven't lived until you've had a robot shart in your ear and followed along in the live setlist thread while it happens.

I'd be surprised if it's not the best tour of 3.0.

Trey sounds the best he has in 10-15 years IMO.
Bring in the dude!

emay

super excited for this and for any new tunes, covers, big jams, etc.

I was thinking the same thing this weekend -- possibly the best since end of 2000. (I say that having not listened back to any of these shows. I know the live experience can sometimes, uh, distort one's perspective.)
Is this still Wombat?

And by 'live experience', you mean droogz.
Everything is connected, because it's all being created by this one consciousness. And we are tiny reflections of the mind that is creating the universe.

That or shitty sound.

Or the drugs making you focus too hard on the shitty sound.
