I am a Coen brother fanatic, so of course I went with Fargo.

You haven't lived until you've had a robot shart in your ear and followed along in the live setlist thread while it happens.

Choose Life. Choose a job. Choose a career. Choose a family. Choose a fucking big television, choose washing machines, cars, compact disc players and electrical tin openers. Choose good health, low cholesterol, and dental insurance. Choose fixed interest mortgage repayments. Choose a starter home. Choose your friends. Choose leisurewear and matching luggage. Choose a three-piece suit on hire purchase in a range of fucking fabrics. Choose DIY and wondering who the fuck you are on Sunday morning. Choose sitting on that couch watching mind-numbing, spirit-crushing game shows, stuffing fucking junk food into your mouth. Choose rotting away at the end of it all, pissing your last in a miserable home, nothing more than an embarrassment to the selfish, fucked up brats you spawned to replace yourselves. Choose your future. Choose life... But why would I want to do a thing like that? I chose not to choose life. I chose somethin' else. And the reasons? There are no reasons. Who needs reasons when you've got heroin?

I've been coming to where I am from the get go
Find that I can groove with the beat when I let go
So put your worries on hold
Get up and groove with the rhythm in your soul

I'll forget Fargo long before Trainspotting
We are all and we are all we are
Far flung bits of Sun and bits of Stars
From the  ocean from the land from the
beginning to end
Backwards forwards back toward
we belong

Fargo never did much for me. it seemed like it was just 'time' for people at large to start loving the Coen bros., even though Miller's Crossing and Barton Fink blow this out of the water.

i never loved Trainspotting, but it was one hell of a ride.

Wow, I had no idea Joel Cohen was married to Francis McDormand. Makes sense though.

I just found that out after reading reviews/critical reception and whatnot on Fargo.

I learned something today.
