i popped into summer camp for sunday.  saw the um day set, a tiny bit of moe and bisco, but the main reason i went was for trey.

i've done summer camp close to 15 times, but this was the shortest i've ever stayed.  less than 24 hours.  it was indeed pretty odd rolling in just for sunday.  the festival started thursday, and it was obvious who got there right away.  glaze eyed zombie wooks all over the place.

i was definitely stalking trey a little bit, but he was a hard guy to catch this time.  if he wasn't on stage playing or on his bus, he was being escorted to the stage.  during TAB's 1st set his bus actually rearranged it's parking situation to get closer to the stage.  instead of walking maybe 50 feet from bus to stage, he only had to walk like 10 feet.  and just like a phish show, his bus pulled out about 30 seconds after the encore ended.

he was a little bit more visible last time TAB was down there.  i'm wondering if the tour manager took one look at the backstage scene and made the call to keep him totally removed.

the show was good, but nothing special.  the best part was the backstage party.  the free goose island was flowing and we had a sweet little spot that was equivalent to 10th row reserved just for us.  tons of room and the best view!

I've been coming to where I am from the get go
Find that I can groove with the beat when I let go
So put your worries on hold
Get up and groove with the rhythm in your soul

I was in Portland, ME this past weekend and saw a sign they're there on 9/16.

Day after I'm seeing him up here.

Cmon Trey, tack Portland or Seattle on the end there.

But, I don't think our fans do happily lap it up, I think they go online and talk about how it was a bad show.

Guess no Phish Southeast spring tour

I'd rather have a SE  :phish: tour, but I'll take 2 local Trey shows as a consolation prize!
