I wasn't too interested in seeing this when the dates first came out and I heard tickets were pricey but I may be changing my tune after seeing some of the youtube clips.......

Can't deny that The Wall is epic.....

I once spent a night with Pink Floyd. He destroyed my hotel room and then shaved all the hair off of his body.

I take it you had a good time.  Worth every penny for sure.

<<< totally blew it.

If you ever want to go to see a great show in Chicago, go to whatever MBW is planning on skipping. They tend to be really good.

Holy shit... saw the show in Tacoma last night... unreal. Biggest concert production I've ever seen. It is a show in the truest sense of the term. Basically epic rock concert meets epic multi-media theatrical production.

Here's a short clip I got from last nights show...

New dates announced for next summer - unfortunately, he'll be in Austin when I will most likely be in NOLA for Jazzfest. Oh well.

Gonna try and hit that show at wrigley field.

Despite my history of griping about Waters. I think I'm gonna go this time.

The show is AMAZING! Yes, it's very pricey, and the show is highly scripted/theatrical, but it's still one of the most unique concerts I've ever seen. Highly recommended.

Thankfully I saw the Wall in a smaller arena (Hartford). Not sure I'd want to see it in a baseball park, especially if it comes to Fenway (as rumored), which is quite strict about sound levels.

Nice...My buddy that works on the Roger Waters tour (but currently on Coldplay) just moved to Portland today...hitting Rose Garden for sure, even if I have to pay!

mistercharlie

So, what have the ticket prices been like for this tour? If I remember right, the last time I saw Roger Waters, back in 2000 or 2001, it wasn't too expensive, but it was just him and a band, no 'stage theatrics'.

You haven't lived until you've had a robot shart in your ear and followed along in the live setlist thread while it happens.

I hear Matt picked up some Front Row Gold seats for the Toronto show.
