I wouldn't say that's for any 90s rock fans.   :samurai:

Save it for the Semantics Dome, E.B. White.

But I get what you mean. I should have said "For a select few 90's rock fans." But Plowed is a great song, you gotta admit that.

I admit nothing and absolutely hated that song Molly when it was a hit.

So there.

Yeah I paid Discogs flipper prices for the JGB Eel set and now it's $40 lol.

Glad you guys scored the Lee Morgan, I got mine Monday, really digging these SRX/MMJ titles.

Both the quality of the music and the sleeve presentation is top shelf.

Scored Yusef Lateef - 1984, Modern Jazz Quartet - Under the Jasmin Tree and, Sonny Rollins - Brass/Trio earlier today.  Throw in an SRX Lee Morgan, heady jazz Saturday!

And they're both gone again.

At least for the Discogs flipper price you got the RSD version.  It sounds so awesome.

Wish I had known about that Rough Trade sale when it dropped, there was a bunch of ridiculous deals, Diamond Dogs for $12, King Gizz 12 Bar Bruise, Gorillaz, etc.

Still grabbed Khurangbin, Oh Sees and Fly Lo for $40 though.

But, I don't think our fans do happily lap it up, I think they go online and talk about how it was a bad show.

mistercharlie

I probably went a little overboard with that Rough Trade sale. But It wouldn't let me buy Garcia Live online, it said in-store only.

Joe Satriani - Surfing With The Alien 2LP (BFRSD release)
Velvet Turner Group = s/t (BFRSD release)
Jimi Hendrix - Merry Christmas and Happy New Year (BFRSD release)
Czarface - The Odd Czar Against Us (BFRSD release)
David Bowie - Diamond Dogs (BFRSD release)
Marco Benivento - Let It Slide (signed)
Mix Master Mike - Conquest (Rough Trade exclusive)
Temples - Hot Motion (Rough Trade exclusive)
Sinkane - Depayse

You haven't lived until you've had a robot shart in your ear and followed along in the live setlist thread while it happens.

Caravan2001

I had Coltrane "Blue Train" Analogue Productions 45RPM pressing on back order for over a year.  It was/is supposedly the definitive modern pressing.  It finally became back in stock (they only make 1000 at a time, like once a year or less) and it just showed up.  I will be interested in seeing how it compares the SRX version, which sounds mint.  Also glad I waited for it to be repressed and paid $50 rather than breaking down and buying one for $200 on Discogs.

ETA: now it's $75, but I ordered it long enough ago that it was $50....
