new feature: Karma!

Hey folks.  Just playing around with the server settings, noticed something called Karma.  Basically, you can give fellow board members either a positive or negative rating, an their overall Karma is reflected every time they post.  The only rules are that you must have at least 25 posts in the forums to be able to do this.  If you guys think this is just plain dumb, lemme know, and i'll disable it...  otherwise, enjoy!

I don't know how a cubs fan has negative karma.  Maybe your intro was harsh? :wink:  Anyhow you got one on the plus side from me

does it allow you to applaud someone more than once?  I think it'd be better if it only allowed you to give out one applaud, and one smite per person.  Meaning, I could give out an applaud to a bunch of different people, but I couldn't give one person 3 applauds.

Well I did a test.  You can applaud then smite, and then applaud again, but you can't increse or decrease someone else by more than 1karma in 1 hour.  It'd be cool if that was changed to 1 day, but whatever.  It's cool
