Right on, I'll have to check that L'Orange and KK/ET.

Nice list, but you really liked AF better than LCD?  Mind = bl0wn

Absolutely.
LCD album is so snoozy to be.
Is Other Voices the same exact song as Pow Pow?

But, I don't think our fans do happily lap it up, I think they go online and talk about how it was a bad show.

OMG
LCD also was not purchased by me, so it didn't make the list.
I wouldn't necessarily put it on the garbage list with FJM, Björk or Shabazz Palaces (both of 'em), but more on the just ok list with Ryan Adams, Washed Out and Grandaddy.

Hicks

It's not making my top ten, although one of the albums you mention is, but I did like it a lot more than EN.

I thought the Shabazz vs. The Jealous Machines was pretty alright.

Well, Lese Majesty took me a long time to appreciate and I was kinda hoping these two would be the same way but it's just super experimental for my hip hop taste.
I know you love Grandaddy ;)
I also really liked Hot Thoughts and I really don't like much Spoon.

August

Oh, and Thundercat is meh.
It's like these people have never heard Squarepusher before ;)

I definitely wasn't letdown as I wasn't expecting much, but maybe a little more meat would have been nice.
Even though This Is Hsppening isn't as consistent as their first two, the highs are super on that album and that's where I feel their latest lacks. Just zero wow :/
I heard Barnsey bought like 9 copies of it for some reason.

Hicks

I was happy to have new Grandaddy but no way does it stand up to Sophtware Slump or Fambly Cat.  Even Yours Truly is quite a bit better.

I think two albums from Shabazz was just too much, one album with the best from both would have been epic, but I definitely prefer Jealous Machines.

I liked Drunk a lot, but it's also too long.  Friend Zone and Show You the Way were great summer jams.
