I need a 3:06 right now.
But by the time my Fall race rolls around, Iíll need a 3:11 to guarantee a spot.
I got that.

Rocked a hilly 8K yesterday in 31:18/6:18p
Third year straight snagging 1st in my Division, too!

Got a few weeks of some short races and maintaining a solid Marathon base.
Need a little more work before my Fall race in order to qualify for Boston.
Boston 2020 or bust!!!

Steamtown Marathon in Scranton.
I need a 3:11 to guarantee a spot (AG is 3:15), but Iíll be shooting for sub-3:10.

If mattstick is sporting the headband, he may have a chance.
He's gonna need some performance enhancers though.
Instead of having to plan and save for your next vacation, why not work on creating a life you don't feel the need to escape from...

I suspect putin and trump have something to do with this

that's pretty quick, good luck!!!

btw do you use the HR data from the Garmin to help you train? I typically go on how I feel. I got it as a gift for the holidays and have using it for tracking, timing, pace setting etc but not that part yet.

I have the Forerunner 220 which doesnít have the HR.
I think it would just be one more number to think about, so Iím ok with not having that feature ;)
A lot of my triathlete friends do a bunch of HR specific workouts.
Just like you, I generally just train on feel.
