Selling "pre-loaded" iPods at jacked up prices is weak!

I bet the guy stole all those GD & Phish releases from OiNK or somewhere else, and now he's making $100+ on each iPod that he slings!

It's one thing to steal music, it's another to steal it, then profit off it.

I sent both links to kevin@phish.com, hopefully he'll get those auctions yanked and the guy will be stuck with extra iPods that he's opened and have to sell them at a loss.

I think in the case of this auction, they won't get away with it.
I'm sure the only way an iPod could be legally sold preloaded would be from the artists or their record companies.
And you could bet  it wouldn't be on eBay.

Yeah, a friend told me he'd invite me but I was saying I pretty much have all I want.  He might, and I'd check it out, but why grab illegal stuff when there's so much legal out there?
