It's cool and I'll go but this was released on DVD 8 years ago.

Nice review of John Perry Barlow's posthumous memoir in Wired:

Anyone read it?

Sick!

Oh and you can hear a stream of the 5/19/74 Truckin' > Jam  > NFA here:

Sounds a bit better than the one I used in ep 19 of BdP.

But, I don't think our fans do happily lap it up, I think they go online and talk about how it was a bad show.

that 5/74 Portland show is awesome!
I have to thank Slim for turning me on to it several years ago

Right now listening to the DP Boston fall 73. Will cue Portland 74 up next
"toss away stuff you don't need in the end
but keep what's important, and know who's your friend"
"It's a 106 miles to Chicago. We got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses."

Awesome.  The only dog in there is Portland '73. Probably one of the weakest '73 shows but still pretty good.  Just surrounded by such greatness, it is a little of a step below.  But the '74 is the shiz.  Will buy the vinyl for sure.

So much win here.  Pretty pumped for all of it, especially the UW Playing.  Day break on the land.

Yep...It's pretty much the only track I play from the official release.  Sounds so good.  But the other night's Dark Star, that's my jam.

yeah listened to that today. Very unique and expressive version. Gotta love how it devolves into the 1st WRS.

You haven't lived until you've had a robot shart in your ear and followed along in the live setlist thread while it happens.
